Kathy – Dental Hygienist
Kathy has been working in dentistry for 35+ years. She has been a receptionist, a certified dental
assistant, and a registered dental hygienist in 5 states. As you can see, Kathy enjoys moving as one
of her hobbies. She also likes to travel, read, garden, and spoil her 2 nephews. She currently has
family that she visits often in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Wisconsin, and Ohio.
- Associate degree in dental hygiene – 1975 from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio
- Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene education – 1985 from Armstrong College Savannah, Georgia
- Master’s degree in health education – 1986 from the University of Wisconsin in LaCrosse, WI
Bette Jo – Dental Hygienist
Bette Jo has practiced clinical dental hygiene for 30+ years, and taught dental hygiene for 10 years.
She is a past director of dental hygiene at Herzing College in Crystal, Minnesota. Bette Jo is dedicated
to the integration of the conventional and alternative approach to healing and periodically offers
holistic awareness seminars.
- Bachelor's degree in sociology/dental hygiene – 1969 from the University of Minnesota
- Diploma in classical homeopathy – 1998 from the Northwestern School of Homeopathy
Dori - Dental Assistant
Dori is a registered dental assistant. She enjoys going to the gym, snow skiing, knitting, and watching
CSI. She is a former cheerleader and would like to coach someday. Also of note is that she earned the
Silver Certificate in Girl Scouts (equivalent to Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts).

Jill - Dental Assistant
Jill is a full-time registered dental assistant. Her entire career has been spent providing exceptional
healthcare as a certified nursing assistant prior to becoming a dental assistant. She enjoys reading,
watching movies, spending time at the cabin with her family, riding bicycle, and walking her two dogs
with her two beautiful children and husband.

Penny - Receptionist
Penny has worked as a dental office manager and receptionist since 1997. She is a long time SW
Minneapolis resident. Her interests include gardening, reading, crafts, and walks around the lake and
taking time to enjoy nature. Aside from her work, her priorities are her family and friends, pets, and
travel.

Lynn - Business Assistant
Lynn is an educator of clinical laboratory science students at the University of Minnesota most of the
time, and our business assistant part-time. She enjoys reading, traveling, and gardening.
